Seeds of Hope Project: BUKEL PANAGKAKADWA
Rotary Club of Makati Greenbelt, in collaboration with Rotary Club Health Keepers, proudly advances the Seeds of Hope Project through urban gardening and hydroponics —empowering communities toward food security and sustainability. With the support of the Bureau of Plant Industry, participants gained valuable hands-on training in urban gardening and hydroponics, planting not just crops, but hope for a greener future. RC Makati Greenbelt shared the inspiring origin, vision, and mission of Seeds of Hope and highlighted love for the environment by connecting urban gardening with responsible waste management—Refuse, Reduce, Recycle. There was also a showcase of innovative bags, wallets, and coasters made from trash, proving that sustainability and creativity go hand in hand.
